A material handling implement (10) which comprises a container having a base (12), first and second side walls (24, 26), a rear wall (22) and a cradle (34) secured to one of the side walls and rear wall, the cradle having first and second arms (36, 38), each of the arms being movable between a first position wherein the base remains substantially horizontal when the container is lifted and a second position wherein the base extends diagonally when the container is lifted.
