EXCAVATOR PEDAL VALVE
The present invention relates to an excavator pedal valve and, more specifically, to a pedal valve which is provided on the bottom of a pedal capable of controlling the forward and backward movement of an excavator so as to perform a control by applying a pressure to the front side and the rear side of the pedal. The excavator pedal valve according to the present invention comprises: a body part having a flow path formed on the front side and the rear side of the inside thereof in a vertical direction for controlling forward driving and backward driving; a cam part provided on the upper end of the body part so as to be rotatable forward and backward about a central shaft by the operation of a pedal; a rod part provided at the bottom front and the bottom rear of the cam part so as to apply a force along the flow path of the body part in the vertical direction; and a return elastic part, provided at the bottom of the rod part, for returning the rod part upward. In addition, a rotary part is formed so as to be freely-rotatable on the bottom of the cam part having a contact surface in contact with the rod part. The excavator pedal valve according to the present invention has the effect of preventing damage to frictional surfaces of the cam part and the rod part of the pedal valve.
La présente invention concerne une soupape de pédale d'excavatrice et, plus spécifiquement, une soupape de pédale qui est disposée au fond d'une pédale capable de commander le mouvement vers l'avant et vers l'arrière d'une excavatrice de façon à effectuer une commande en appliquant une pression sur le côté avant et le côté arrière de la pédale. La soupape de pédale d'excavatrice selon l'invention comprend : une partie corps ayant un trajet d'écoulement formé sur le côté avant et le côté arrière de l'intérieur de celle-ci dans une direction verticale pour commander l'entraînement avant et l'entraînement arrière ; une partie came disposée sur l'extrémité supérieure de la partie de corps de façon à pouvoir tourner vers l'avant et vers l'arrière autour d'un arbre central sous l'actionnement d'une pédale ; une partie tige disposée à l'avant bas et à l'arrière bas de la partie came de façon à appliquer une force le long du trajet d'écoulement de la partie de corps dans la direction verticale ; et une partie élastique de rappel, disposée au fond de la partie tige, pour ramener la partie tige vers le haut. De plus, une partie rotative est formée de manière à pouvoir tourner librement sur le fond de la partie came ayant une surface de contact en contact avec la partie tige. La soupape de pédale d'excavatrice selon l'invention a pour effet d'empêcher un endommagement des surfaces de frottement de la partie came et de la partie tige de la soupape de pédale.
본 발명은 굴삭기 페달 밸브에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 굴삭기의 전진 및 후진을 제어할 수 있는 페달의 하부에 마련되어 페달의 전방 및 후방에 압력을 가하여 제어할 수 있는 페달 밸브에 에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 굴삭기 페달 밸브는, 전진 및 후방 주행을 제어하는 유로가 수직방향으로 내부의 전방 및 후방에 형성되는 바디부, 상기 바디부의 상단부에 마련되어 페달의 구동에 의해 중심부 축을 기준으로 전후 회동할 수 있게 마련되는 캠부, 상기 캠부의 전방하부 및 후방하부에 각각 마련되어 상기 바디부의 유로를 따라 수직방향으로 힘을 가하는 로드부, 상기 로드부의 하부에 마련되어 상기 로드부를 상방으로 복귀 시키는 리턴탄성부를 포함하고, 상기 로드부와 접촉면이 형성되는 상기 캠부의 하부에는 회전부가 자유회전이 가능하게 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하여 구성된다. 본 발명에 따른 굴삭기 페달 밸브는, 페달 밸브의 캠부와 로드부의 마찰면의 손상을 방지할 수 있는 효과가 있다.
