A hook (2) is supported by a linking member (1) so as to be movable between a fixed position and a release position. By moving in the longitudinal direction (LD) with respect to the linking member (1), a pin (3) is movable between a locked position where the pin (3) is inserted into the hook portion (2a) of the hook (2) in the fixed position and an unlocked position where the pin (3) is out of the hook portion (2a). A protruding member (4) is rotatable between a movable position and a movement restricted position about the pin (3) when the pin (3) is in the locked position. When the protruding member (4) is in the movable position, an assisting member (6) allows movement of the pin (3) between the locked position and the unlocked position of the pin (3), whereas when the protruding member (4) is in the movement restricted position, the assisting member (6) restricts movement of the pin (3) to the unlocked position.
