In the present invention, a displacement means capable of displacing a ladder to either a use position or a storage position is configured to be able to balance the ladder and a counter weight in a seesaw manner. Accordingly, the purpose of the present invention is to provide an elevator pit ladder device which enables performance, with a light load, of the operation of moving the ladder from the storage position to the use position and which enables the ladder to spontaneously move from the use position to the storage position without requiring an operator's involvement. The pit ladder device according to the present invention is characterized by being equipped with a displacement means which is provided to a fixing bracket fixed on a hoistway and which is capable of displacing a ladder to either a use position at which the ladder is used for service or a storage position at which the ladder not in use is stored in such a manner as not to interfere with the operation of the elevator, wherein: the displacement means is provided with a mounting arm which is pivotally supported in a seesaw manner; the ladder is mounted to one end of the mounting arm, while a counter weight is mounted to the other end; and the moment on the counter weight side is configured to be greater than the moment on the ladder side.

En conséquence, le but de la présente invention est de fournir un dispositif d'échelle de fosse d'ascenseur qui permet la réalisation, avec une charge de lumière, de l'opération de déplacement de l'échelle de la position de stockage à la position d'utilisation et qui permet à l'échelle de se déplacer spontanément de la position d'utilisation à la position de stockage sans nécessiter l'implication d'un opérateur. Le dispositif d'échelle de fosse selon la présente invention est caractérisé en ce qu'il est équipé d'un moyen de déplacement qui est disposé sur un support de fixation fixé sur une cage et qui est apte à déplacer une échelle jusqu'à une position d'utilisation à laquelle l'échelle est utilisée pour un service ou une position de stockage à laquelle l'échelle non utilisée est stockée de manière à ne pas interférer avec le fonctionnement de l'ascenseur, le moyen de déplacement étant pourvu d'un bras de montage qui est supporté de manière pivotante selon un mouvement de bascule ; l'échelle est montée sur une extrémité du bras de montage, tandis qu'un contrepoids est monté à l'autre extrémité ; et le moment du côté du contrepoids est conçu pour être supérieur au moment du côté de l'échelle.
