AERO-ACOUSTIC MATERIALS PROCESSING PLANT WITH NOISE ATTENUATION SYSTEM
A housing for an aero-acoustic processing machine having rotational drive apparatus coupled to rotate an air impeller to draw air and material to be processed through an axial inlet system and expel the air and processed material through a transverse outlet. The housing includes an enclosure incorporating at least one layer of noise attenuation materials surrounding the aero-acoustic processing machine, the enclosure having a material inlet port, an air inlet port and an exhaust port for outputting processed product with air. Airflow paths that are required for operation of the aero-acoustic processing machine are provided to enable airflow into the housing whilst significantly reducing noise emission.
Logement pour une machine de traitement aéroacoustique comportant un appareil d'entraînement en rotation accouplé pour faire tourner une turbine à air pour aspirer de l'air et une matière à traiter par l'intermédiaire d'un système d'entrée axiale et expulser l'air et la matière traités par l'intermédiaire d'une sortie transversale. Le logement comprend une enceinte renfermant au moins une couche de matériaux d'atténuation de bruit entourant la machine de traitement aéroacoustique, l'enceinte ayant un orifice d'entrée de matière, un orifice d'entrée d'air et un orifice d'échappement pour délivrer en sortie un produit traité avec de l'air. Des chemins d'écoulement d'air qui sont requis pour le fonctionnement de la machine de traitement aéroacoustique sont prévus pour permettre un écoulement d'air dans le logement tout en réduisant considérablement l'émission de bruit.
