METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING SPHERICAL CERAMIC GRANULES
The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing spherical ceramic granules, comprising: (a) a step of preparing an organic and inorganic composite liquid; (b) a step of manufacturing spherical granules by injecting, into an electrostatic fine granule coater, the organic and inorganic composite liquid prepared in step (a); (c) a step of inducing polymerization of the spherical granules manufactured in step (b); (d) a step of cleaning and drying the spherical granules polymerized in step (c); and (e) a step of sintering the spherical granules cleaned and dried in step (d) and then forming ceramic beads. The method for manufacturing spherical ceramic granules may replace the conventional spray drying method.
