THERMALLY EXPANDABLE RESIN COMPOSITION, AND MULTILAYER FIRE-RESISTANT MOLDED ARTICLE FOR USE AS BUILDING MATERIAL
The present invention provides: a thermally expandable resin composition containing a thermoplastic resin, thermally expandable graphite and an inorganic filler, said composition being characterized in that a thermally expandable resin composition layer, which is produced by molding the thermally expandable resin composition, has a tensile elongation of 20% or more at 180°C and has a specific gravity decreasing rate of 10% or less under the heating condition at 220°C; and a multilayer molded article for use as a building material, which contains a thermally expandable resin composition layer produced by molding the thermally expandable resin composition.
La présente invention concerne : une composition de résine thermo-expansible contenant une résine thermoplastique, du graphite thermo-expansible et une charge minérale, ladite composition étant caractérisée en ce qu'une couche de composition de résine thermo-expansible, qui est produite par moulage de la composition de résine thermo-expansible, a un allongement à la traction de 20 % ou plus à 180 °C et a une vitesse de réduction de la densité spécifique inférieure ou égale à 10 % suite à un chauffage à 220 °C ; et un article moulé multicouche destiné à être utilisé en tant que matériau de construction, qui contient une couche de composition de résine thermo-expansible produite par moulage de la composition de résine thermo-expansible.
本発明は、熱可塑性樹脂、熱膨張性黒鉛及び無機充填剤を含む熱膨張性樹脂組成物であって、前記熱膨張性樹脂組成物を成形してなる熱膨張性樹脂組成物層の180℃での引張伸度が20％以上であり、220℃加熱条件下での比重低下率が10％以下であることを特徴とする、熱膨張性樹脂組成物及び前記熱膨張性樹脂組成物を成形してなる熱膨張性樹脂組成物層を含む建材用多層成形体を提供するものである。
