Synthesis method for preparing tantalum pentoxide colloid comprising the steps of: a. Providing a transparent solution of amorphous tantalum pentoxide, b. Subjecting said solution to solvothermal conditions in order to form tantalum pentoxide nanocrystals, c. Dispersing said tantalum pentoxide nanocrystals in a solvent so as to form a tantalum pentoxide colloid.
L'invention concerne un procédé de synthèse permettant de préparer un colloïde de pentoxyde de tantale, comprenant les étapes consistant : a) à obtenir une solution transparente de pentoxyde de tantale amorphe; b) à soumettre ladite solution à des conditions solvothermiques afin de former des nanocristaux de pentoxyde de tantale; c) à disperser lesdits nanocristaux de pentoxyde de tantale dans un solvant de sorte à former un colloïde de pentoxyde de tantale.
