VERFAHREN ZUR HERSTELLUNG EINES SCHALTUNGSTRÄGERS
Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Schaltungsträgers (43, 5), wobei ein Trägersubstrat (33, 35, 45) bereitgestellt wird, wobei mittels eines Lasers eine Struktur (37, 47) für einen aufzubringenden Leiter (40, 52) in die Oberfläche (31, 39, 39) des Trägersubstrates (33, 35, 45) eingebracht wird, wobei die Struktur (37, 47) unter Ausbildung des Schaltungsträgers (43, 54) mit einer den Leiter (40, 52) bildenden metallischen Beschichtung (41, 53) versehen wird. Als Trägersubstrat (33, 35, 45) wird ein keramischer Werkstoff (12, 16) eingesetzt. Weiter betrifft die Erfindung ein Trägersubstrat (33, 35, 45) für einen keramischen Werkstoff (12, 16), eine Verwendung eines keramischen Werkstoffes (12, 16) als Trägersubstrat (33, 35, 45) sowie den keramischen Werkstoff (12, 16) als solchen.
