BALCONY PARAPET AND FIRE/DISASTER EVACUATION FACILITY
A balcony parapet and fire/disaster evacuation facility according to the present invention comprises: an evacuation box; a locking means held and fixed to the evacuation box; an evacuation door enabling moving to a fall restraint and evacuation means which is structurally changed to an emergency fire escape stairway from the evacuation box; and a door locking means for holding and fixing the evacuation door to the evacuation box such that the evacuation door does not open. Therefore, the facility enables moving to the fall restraint and evacuation means which is structurally changed to an emergency fire escape stairway and then moving to an evacuation box of the floor below.
La présente invention concerne un garde-corps de balcon et une installation d'évacuation en cas d'incendie/de sinistre qui comprennent : une boîte d'évacuation ; un moyen de verrouillage retenu sur la boîte d'évacuation et fixé à cette dernière ; une porte d'évacuation qui permet le déplacement vers un moyen anti-chute et d'évacuation qui est structurellement transformé en un escalier d'évacuation d'urgence en cas d'incendie à partir de la boîte d'évacuation ; et un moyen de verrouillage de porte pour retenir la porte d'évacuation sur la boîte d'évacuation, et la fixer à celle-ci, de telle sorte que la porte d'évacuation ne s'ouvre pas. Par conséquent, l'installation permet de se déplacer vers le moyen anti-chute et d'évacuation qui est structurellement transformé en un escalier d'évacuation d'urgence en cas d'incendie, et puis de se déplacer vers une boîte d'évacuation de l'étage en dessous.
