SOUND ABSORBING MATERIAL
This sound absorbing material is configured by laminating a porous sound absorbing body and two or more nonwoven fabric sheets; each of the nonwoven fabric sheets comprises a plurality of filaments that are stretched and arranged in one direction; the fiber diameter distribution of the plurality of filaments has a mode at 1-4 μm; and the weight per square meter of the nonwoven fabric sheets is 5-40 g/m2. This sound absorbing material is able to exhibit high sound absorption performance in a specific low frequency band of 6,000 Hz or less without substantially impairing lightness, flexibility, handling properties and the like of the porous sound absorbing material.
La présente invention concerne un matériau insonorisant conçu par stratification d'un corps insonorisant poreux et de deux feuilles de tissu non tissé ou plus ; chacune des feuilles de tissu non tissé comprend une pluralité de filaments qui sont étirés et disposés dans une direction ; la distribution de diamètre de fibre de la pluralité de filaments a un mode à 1-4 µm ; et le poids par mètre carré des feuilles de tissu non tissé est de 5 à 40 g/m2. Ce matériau insonorisant peut présenter une performance d'insonorisation élevée dans une bande basse fréquence spécifique de 6 000 Hz ou moins sans affecter sensiblement la légèreté, la flexibilité, les propriétés de manipulation et analogues du matériau insonorisant poreux.
本発明による吸音材は、多孔質吸音体と２枚以上の不織布とが積層されて構成され、前記不織布は、延伸され且つ一方向に沿って配列された複数の長繊維フィラメントを有し、前記複数の長繊維フィラメントの繊維径分布の最頻値が１～４μｍにあり、かつ、前記前記不織布の目付が５～４０ｇ／ｍ２である。本発明による吸音材は、前記多孔質吸音材の軽量性、柔軟性及び取扱性などをほとんど損なうことなく、６０００Ｈｚ以下の所定の低周波数帯域において高い吸音性能を発揮し得る。
