A rolling block restraint connector for forming a moment resisting connection at a joint intersection between a continuous column and at least a first continuous beam is disclosed. The connector comprises first and second restraint assembles each including (i) a beam pressure block, (ii) a column pressure block, and (iii) a tubular shaft that passes through tubular channels of the corresponding beam pressure blocks and the corresponding column pressure block, wherein the second restraint assembly is configured to be located diagonally across the joint intersection from the first restraint assembly; a first linkage that couples the first restraint assembly with the second restraint assembly, and a second linkage that couples the first restraint assembly with the second restraint assembly.
L'invention concerne un raccord de retenue de bloc roulant permettant de former un raccord résistant au moment au niveau d'une intersection de joint entre une colonne continue et au moins une première poutre continue. Le raccord comprend des premier et second ensembles de retenue comprenant chacun (i) un bloc de pression de poutre, (ii) un bloc de pression de colonne et (iii) un arbre tubulaire qui passe à travers des canaux tubulaires des blocs de pression de poutre correspondants et du bloc de pression de colonne correspondant, le second ensemble de retenue étant configuré pour être situé en diagonale sur l'intersection de joint à partir du premier ensemble de retenue ; une première liaison qui accouple le premier ensemble de retenue au second ensemble de retenue et une seconde liaison qui accouple le premier ensemble de retenue au second ensemble de retenue.
