The present invention addresses the problem of providing a hinge and a roller for a hinge that enable the smooth relative rotation of rotating bodies. A hinge 1 couples one rotating body and another rotating body so as to enable relative rotation, and comprises a sheet body 2 which is configured by layering sheet members and has one end 2a attached to the one rotating body and another end 2b attached to the other rotating body. The sheet body 2 comprises a rotary shaft 3 that is provided between the layered sheet members and causes the one end 2a and the other end 2b to rotate relative to each other.
