A manhole cover and a manhole management system comprising same are provided. A manhole cover according to one embodiment of the present invention comprises: a cover body; an electronic unit built into the cover body and comprising at least one sensing unit for sensing information in a manhole and at least one communication module for transmitting information obtained through the sensing unit to the outside; a battery for supplying driving power to the electronic unit; and a wireless power reception antenna built into the cover body so as to receive wireless power supplied from the outside and supply the same to the battery.
