SCHALUNGSSTÜTZE, SCHALUNGSSTÜTZVORRICHTUNG UND VERFAHREN ZUM AUSSCHALEN EINER SCHALUNGSANORDNUNG
Die Erfindung betrifft eine Schalungsstütze (2) aufweisend - ein oberes Stützenteil (10), - ein unteres Stützenteil (11) und - eine Absenkeinrichtung (16) zum Absenken des oberen Stützenteils (10) von einer Stützstellung zur Abstützung eines Schalungsaufbaus (3) in eine Ausschalstellung zum Abbau des Schalungsaufbaus (3), wobei - die Absenkeinrichtung (16) eine Bremseinheit (17) aufweist, welche zum Abbremsen der Absenkung des oberen Stützenteils (10) auf eine im Wesentlichen konstante Absenkgeschwindigkeit im Wesentlichen unabhängig von einer auf das obere Stützenteil (10) wirkenden Vertikallast zwischen der Stützstellung und der Ausschalstellung eingerichtet ist. Weiters betrifft die Erfindung eine Schalungsstützvorrichtung und ein Verfahren zum Ausschalen einer Schalungsanordnung.
The invention relates to a formwork support (2) having - an upper support part (10), - a lower support part (11) and - a lowering device (16) for lowering the upper support part (10) from a supporting position for supporting a formwork structure (3) into a removal position for dismantling the formwork structure (3), wherein - the lowering device (16) has a braking unit (17) which is designed for braking the lowering of the upper support part (10) between the supporting position and the removal position to a substantially constant lowering speed substantially independently of a vertical load acting on the upper support part (10). The invention further relates to a formwork-supporting device and to a method for removing a formwork arrangement.
L'invention concerne un étai (2) de coffrage présentant - une partie supérieure (10), - une partie inférieure (11) et - un dispositif d'abaissement (16) destiné à abaisser la partie supérieure (10) de l'étai d'une position d'appui destinée à servir d'appui à une structure (3) de coffrage dans une position de décoffrage pour le désassemblage de la structure (3) de coffrage, - le dispositif d'abaissement (16) présentant une unité de freinage (17), laquelle est conçue pour freiner l'abaissement de la partie supérieure (10) de l'appui à une vitesse d'abaissement sensiblement constante sensiblement indépendamment d'une charge verticale agissant sur la partie supérieure (10) de l'étai entre la position d'appui et la position de décoffrage. L'invention concerne en outre un dispositif d'étai de coffrage et un procédé pour décoffrer un ensemble coffrage.
