A method for producing a honeycomb structure, the method including a molding step for molding a raw material paste containing ceria-zirconia composite oxide particles, alumina particles, and an alumina binder to obtain a honeycomb molded body, and a firing step for firing the honeycomb molded body to obtain a honeycomb fired body, wherein the method for producing a honeycomb structure is characterized in that, in the firing step, firing is carried out in stages by holding for 30 minutes or longer at a first holding temperature set within the range of 450-950°C, and then holding for 30 minutes or longer at a second holding temperature set within the range from more than 950°C to 1200°C.
L'invention concerne un procédé de production d'une structure en nid d'abeilles, le procédé comprenant une étape de moulage pour mouler une matière première pâteuse contenant des particules d'oxyde composite de type oxyde de cérium-zircone, des particules d'alumine, et un liant d'alumine pour obtenir un corps moulé en nid d'abeilles, et une étape de cuisson pour cuire le corps moulé en nid d'abeilles et obtenir un corps cuit en nid d'abeilles, où ledit procédé de production d'une structure en nid d'abeilles est caractérisé en ce que, dans l'étape de cuisson, la cuisson est effectuée par étapes avec maintien pendant 30 minutes ou plus à une première température de maintien fixée dans la plage de 450 à 950 °C, puis maintien pendant 30 minutes ou plus à une seconde température de maintien fixée dans la plage de plus de 950 °C à 1200 °C.
