VERFAHREN UND ANLAGE ZUR HERSTELLUNG VON ZEMENT
Beim erfindungsgemäßen Verfahren zur Herstellung von Zementen wird Zementausgangsmaterial in wenigstens einer Kugelmühle gemahlen und anschließend in einem Sichter in Feingut und Grobgut getrennt, wobei das Grobgut nochmals der Kugelmühle aufgegeben wird. Anschließend wird das Feingut des Sichters mengenmäßig in eine erste und eine zweite Teilmenge aufgeteilt, wobei die erste Teilmenge einen ersten Zement bildet, während die zweite Teilmenge des Feingutes einer trockenbetriebenen Rührwerkskugelmühle zur weiteren Mahlung zugeführt wird und der dabei entstehende zweite Zement wahlweise mit dem ersten Zement vermischt oder als eigenständiges Produkt genutzt wird.
The invention relates to a method for producing cement, wherein cement starting material is ground in at least one ball mill and is subsequently separated into fine material and coarse material in a classifier, the coarse material being fed to the ball mill again. Subsequently, the fine material of the classifier is quantitatively divided into a first partial amount and a second partial amount. The first partial amount forms a first cement, while the second partial amount of the fine material is fed to a dry-operated stirred ball mill for further grinding and the resulting second cement is selectively mixed with the first cement or used as a separate product.
L'invention concerne un procédé pour la fabrication de ciments dans lequel un matériau de départ de ciment est broyé dans au moins un broyeur à boulets et ensuite séparé dans un séparateur en produit fin et en produit grossier, le produit grossier étant réintroduit dans le broyeur à boulets. Ensuite, le produit fin du séparateur est réparti quantitativement en une première et en une deuxième quantité partielle, la première quantité partielle formant un premier ciment alors que la deuxième quantité partielle du produit fin est introduit dans un broyeur à boulets agité fonctionnant à sec pour un broyage supplémentaire et le deuxième ciment ainsi formé est, au choix, mélangé avec le premier ciment ou utilisé comme produit autonome.
