Verfahren zum Herstellen von flüssigen Formulierungen, mindestens umfassend eine flüssige Phase sowie Fasern, wobei man die Fasern in Form einer thixotropen, sedimentationsstabilen Formulierung, umfassend mindestens Fasern, ein Lösemittel, sowie ein verdickend und thixotropierend wirkendes Additiv bereitstellt, wobei man die Formulierung in einem Behälter umfassend eine verschließbare Öffnung zum Einsatzort transportiert, man den Behälter am Einsatzort durch Abpumpen der thixotropen, sedimentationsstabilen Formulierung entleert, und man die abgepumpte thixotrope, sedimentationsstabile Formulierung in die flüssige Phase eindosiert. Bevorzugt handelt es sich bei der flüssigen Formulierung um eine Formulierung zum Fracturing.

L'invention concerne un procédé pour produire des formulations liquides comprenant au moins une phase liquide et des fibres, les fibres étant produites sous la forme d'une formulation thixotrope stable à la sédimentation comprenant au moins des fibres, un solvant et un additif destiné à épaissir et rendre thixotrope. Selon l'invention, la formulation est transportée vers le lieu d'utilisation dans un récipient équipé d'une ouverture fermable, le récipient est vidé sur le lieu d'utilisation par pompage de la formulation thixotrope stable à la sédimentation, et cette formulation thixotrope stable à la sédimentation pompée est dosée dans la phase liquide. De préférence, cette formulation liquide est une formulation de fracturation.
