The present invention relates to a deployable kitchen system (10) comprising a main back wall module (2) and at least one operative module (3) or "wing" connected thereto, which module (3) can be selectively deployed and retracted in order to implement an operative configuration and a rest, minimal encumbrance configuration, respectively.
