A hydraulic striking device according to an aspect of the present invention comprises: a cylinder; a piston; a forward/backward moving valve connecting a hydraulic source and a rear chamber of the cylinder, when in a forward movement position, such that a hydraulic pressure is applied to the rear chamber of the cylinder, thereby moving the piston forward, and the forward/backward moving valve connecting the rear chamber and a hydraulic tank, when in a backward movement position, such that the hydraulic pressure in the rear chamber of the cylinder is dropped, thereby moving the piston backward; and a first position valve and a second position valve for preventing a hydraulic pressure from being applied from a front chamber of the cylinder to the forward/backward moving valve, when in a first position, such that, in the process of arranging the forward/backward moving valve in the backward movement position and moving the piston backward, the piston does not move forward before the top dead point, and the first position valve and the second position valve applying the hydraulic pressure from the front chamber of the cylinder to the forward/backward moving valve, when in a second position, such that, in the process of arranging the forward/backward moving valve in the backward movement position and moving the piston backward, the forward/backward moving valve moves from the backward movement position to the forward movement position, thereby moving the piston forward before the top dead point.
