METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING COUPLER FOR JOINING REINFORCING BARS
The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a coupler for joining reinforcing bars, the coupler comprising: a body having a hollow body shape, and having threads formed on the inner sides of both ends thereof; a cap, which has a hollow body shape and is screw-coupled to the body, and is formed such that the inner periphery thereof has an inner diameter gradually becoming smaller toward the end portion thereof; and a fastening piece, which is positioned inside the cap, and has an outer periphery formed obliquely so as to correspond to the inner periphery of the cap, wherein, when the reinforcing bars are inserted into a hollow hole of the fastening piece through a hollow hole of the cap, the cap, which is screw-coupled to the body, is fastened such that the fastening piece presses the reinforcing bars.
La présente invention concerne un procédé de fabrication d'un coupleur qui permet de relier des barres de renfort et qui comprend : un corps ayant une forme de corps creux, et des filetages formés sur les côtés internes des deux extrémités de celui-ci ; un capuchon, qui présente une forme de corps creux et qui est couplé par vissage au corps, et qui est formé de telle sorte que la périphérie interne de celui-ci a un diamètre interne devenant progressivement plus petit vers la partie d'extrémité de celui-ci ; une pièce de fixation, qui est positionnée à l'intérieur du capuchon, et dont la périphérie externe est formée de manière oblique de façon à correspondre à la périphérie interne du capuchon, lorsque les barres de renfort sont insérées dans un trou creux de la pièce de fixation à travers un trou creux du capuchon, le capuchon, qui est couplé par vissage au corps, étant fixé de telle sorte que la pièce de fixation presse les barres de renfort.
