PANNEAU VITRE A POURTOUR POLYMERIQUE, ARMATURES DE RENFORT ET ARMATURES DE FIXATION
The invention relates to a glazed panel comprising a glass panel (20), two longitudinal reinforcing members (152) for reinforcing the glass panel (20) against flexural strain and two longitudinal securing members (41) for securing the glazed panel in an external structure provided for this purpose. The aforementioned members can be overmoulded with a polymer material (30) arranged along the periphery of the glass panel (20). The two reinforcing members (152) and the two securing members (41) are connected in pairs at the longitudinal ends thereof in order to form a frame, employing an interlocking assembly optionally using an intermediate part (60). This measure reduces stress concentration at the corners of the glass panel and simplifies the moulding operation during the production of the glazed panel.
Le panneau vitré comprend un panneau de verre (20), deux armatures longitudinales de renfort (152) pour renforcer le panneau de verre (20) contre les déformations par flexion et deux armatures longitudinales de fixation (41) pour fixer le panneau vitré dans une structure extérieure prévue à cette fin. Les armatures peuvent être surmoulées dans un matériau polymérique (30) qui est agencé en périphérie du panneau de verre (20). Les deux armatures de renfort (152) et les deux armatures de fixation (41) sont unies deux à deux par leurs extrémités longitudinales pour former un cadre en recourant à un assemblage par emboitement éventuellement par le biais d'une pièce intermédiaire (60). Cette mesure permet de réduire les concentrations de contraintes dans les coins du panneau de verre et simplifie l'opération de moulage lors de la fabrication du panneau vitré.
