FRAME SEALING SYSTEM, CURTAIN WALLING SYSTEM AND METHOD OF MOUNTING A CURTAIN WALL
The curtain wall incorporates a frame sealing system (101) mutually positioning and sealing window frames arranged adjacently. The frame sealing system includes a seal carrier profile (106) with a first side (107) provided with a first sealing strip (108) adapted to seal against the first frame (102) and a second side (110) being provided with a second sealing strip (111) adapted to seal against the second frame (103). The first side is provided with a first recess (109) in which the first sealing strip is mounted and the second side (110) is provided with a second recess (112) in which the second sealing strip is mounted, and each first and second sealing strip is made of a deformable adhesive material adapted to adhere to the respective frame. The frame sealing system is adapted to engage a peripherally extending groove (105) of each frame.
La présente invention concerne un mur rideau comprenant un système d'étanchéité de cadre (101) positionnant et rendant étanche mutuellement des cadres de fenêtre agencés de manière adjacente. Le système d'étanchéité de cadre comprend un profil de support de joint d'étanchéité (106) ayant un premier côté (107) pourvu d'une première bande d'étanchéité (108) conçue pour être scellée contre le premier cadre (102) et un second côté (110) pourvu d'une seconde bande d'étanchéité (111) conçue pour être scellée contre le second cadre (103). Le premier côté est pourvu d'un premier évidement (109) dans lequel la première bande d'étanchéité est montée et le second côté (110) est pourvu d'un second évidement (112) dans lequel la seconde bande d'étanchéité est montée, et chacune des premières et secondes bandes d'étanchéité est constituée d'un matériau adhésif déformable conçu pour adhérer au cadre respectif. Le système d'étanchéité de cadre est conçu pour venir en prise avec une rainure (105), s'étendant sur la périphérie, de chaque cadre.
