POLYURETHANE ADHESIVE
The invention relates to a method for producing a 1 C polyurethane adhesive (1 12) adapted to harden at temperatures at or below 10°C. The method comprises creating (702) an initial mixture (900) comprising: • a mixture of MDI monomers, the MDI monomers comprising 2,2' MDI, 2,4' MDI and 4,4' MDI; • polymeric MDI; • a polyol component comprising an EO-end-capped PPG and a further polyol; and reacting (704) the initial mixture into a prepolymer mixture to be used as the 1C polyurethane adhesive.
L'invention concerne un procédé de fabrication d'un adhésif de polyuréthane 1C (1 12) conçu pour durcir à des températures inférieures ou égales à 10 °C. Le procédé consiste à créer (702) un mélange initial (900) comprenant : • un mélange de monomères MDI, les monomères MDI comprenant du 2,2'-MDI, du 2,4'-MDI et du 4,4'-MDI ; un polymère de MDI ; • un constituant polyol comprenant un PPG coiffé par une extrémité oxyde d'éthylène (EO) et un autre polyol ; et à faire réagir (704) le mélange initial dans un mélange prépolymère à utiliser en tant qu'adhésif polyuréthane 1C.
