METHOD FOR BATCH CASTING HIGH-FLUIDITY HIGH-PERFORMANCE CONCRETE AND LOW-FLUIDITY HIGH-PERFORMANCE CONCRETE
The present invention relates to a method for batch casting high-fluidity high-performance concrete and low-fluidity high-performance concrete, wherein high-fluidity high-performance concrete for forming a girder portion of a bridge and low-fluidity high-performance concrete for forming a bottom plate portion of the bridge are cast in a batch by using concrete casting equipment, thereby reducing the cost and time of construction and preventing the occurrence of a cold joint to improve the durability of the concrete and thus prolong the lifespan of the bridge.
L'invention concerne un procédé de coulage par gâchées de béton hautes performances à fluidité élevée et de béton hautes performances à faible fluidité, le béton hautes performances à fluidité élevée destiné à former une partie poutre d'un pont et le béton hautes performances à faible fluidité destiné à former une partie plaque inférieure du pont étant coulés en gâchée au moyen d'un équipement de coulage de béton, réduisant ainsi le coût et la durée de construction et empêchant l'apparition d'un joint froid, ce qui améliore la durabilité du béton et prolonge par conséquent la durée de vie du pont.
교량의 거더 부분을 형성하기 위한 고유동성 고성능 콘크리트 및 교량의 바닥판 부분을 형성하기 위한 저유동성 고성능 콘크리트에 대해 콘크리트 타설장비를 사용하여 일괄 타설함에 따라, 공사비를 감축시키고 및 공사기간을 단축시킬 수 있을 뿐만 아니라 콜드조인트가 발생하지 않기 때문에 내구성을 향상시킴에 따라 교량수명도 연장시킬 수 있는 고유동성 고성능 콘크리트 및 저유동성 고성능 콘크리트의 일괄 타설 방법에 관한 것이다.

L'invention concerne un procédé de coulage par gâchées de béton hautes performances à fluidité élevée et de béton hautes performances à faible fluidité, le béton hautes performances à fluidité élevée destiné à former une partie poutre d'un pont et le béton hautes performances à faible fluidité destiné à former une partie plaque inférieure du pont étant coulés en gâchée au moyen d'un équipement de coulage de béton, réduisant ainsi le coût et la durée de construction et empêchant l'apparition d'un joint froid, ce qui améliore la durabilité du béton et prolonge par conséquent la durée de vie du pont.
