METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING NATURAL MATERIAL CARBON FOAM BY USING CELLULOSE-BASED DERIVATIVE
The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a carbon foam by using waste artificial marble and, more specifically, to a method for manufacturing a carbon foam by using waste artificial marble, comprising the steps of: (step 1) preparing a paste by dissolving a waste artificial marble powder and CMC in water; (step 2) cross-linking the paste by treating the paste, having been prepared in step 1, with radiation or heat; (step 3) preparing a composite by drying the paste obtained in step 2 and cross-linked by radiation or heat treatment; and (step 4) carbonizing the composite dried in step 3. According to the present invention, a carbon foam is manufactured using a waste artificial marble powder, and thus an artificial marble powder to be disposed of is recycled or reused, thereby increasing resource efficiency and minimizing environmental pollution, and the carbon foam is not manufactured by a complex and difficult manufacturing process from a conventional fossil fuel but is manufactured and provided by a convenient and simple method.
La présente invention concerne un procédé de fabrication d'une mousse de carbone à l'aide de marbre artificiel usagé et, plus particulièrement, un procédé de fabrication d'une mousse de carbone à l'aide de marbre artificiel usagé, comprenant les étapes consistant à : (étape 1) préparer une pâte par dissolution d'une poudre de marbre artificiel usagé et de CMC dans de l'eau ; (étape2) réticuler la pâte par traitement de la pâte, ayant été préparée à l'étape 1, par un rayonnement ou de la chaleur ; (étape3) préparer un composite par séchage de la pâte obtenue à l'étape 2 et réticulée par rayonnement ou traitement thermique ; et (étape 4) carboniser le composite séché à l'étape 3. Selon la présente invention, une mousse de carbone est fabriquée à l'aide d'une poudre de marbre artificiel usagé et ainsi, une poudre de marbre artificiel à jeter est recyclée ou réutilisée, ce qui permet d'augmenter l'efficacité des ressources et de réduire au minimum la pollution environnementale et la mousse de carbone n'est pas fabriquée par un procédé de fabrication complexe et difficile à partir d'un combustible fossile classique, mais est fabriquée et obtenue par un procédé pratique et simple.
본 발명은 폐 인조 대리석을 활용한 탄소 폼의 제조방법에 관한 것으로 더욱 구체적으로 폐 인조 대리석 가루와 CMC를 물에 녹여 반죽을 만드는 단계 (단계 1); 상기 단계 1에서 제조된 반죽을 방사선이나 열로 처리하여 반죽을 가교시키는 단계 (단계 2); 상기 단계 2에서 얻어진 방사선이나 열처리하여 가교된 반죽을 건조하여 복합재를 제조하는 단계 (단계 3); 상기 단계 3에서 건조된 복합재를 탄화하는 단계 (단계 4);를 포함하는 폐 인조 대리석을 활용한 탄소 폼의 제조방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 폐 인조 대리석 가루를 활용한 탄소 폼을 제조함으로서 버려지는 인조 대리석 가루를 재활용 또는 재사용함으로서 자원효율성을 높이고 환경오염을 최소화 시키며, 기존의 화석연료에서 복잡하고 어려운 제조 공정에 따른 탄소 폼을 제조하는 것이 아닌 간편하고 용이한 방법으로 탄소 폼을 제조 및 제공하는 것이다.
