SCULPTURE COMPOSITION USING BASALT SLUDGE, AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING SCULPTURE BY USING COMPOSITION
Disclosed are a sculpture composition using basalt sludge, and a method for manufacturing a sculpture by using the composition. More specifically, the composition comprises a basalt sludge powder, a binder, a foaming agent, a curing agent and water, and the method comprises: a sludge powdering step of drying and powdering basalt sludge; a material injecting step of mixing a binder, a foaming agent and a curing agent with the basalt sludge powder powdered in the sludge powdering step; a material stirring step of injecting water into the mixture, which has been prepared in the material injecting step, and stirring the same; a molding step of injecting the mixture, which has been prepared in the material stirring step, into a mold and curing the same; and a drying step of demolding and drying a molded product manufactured in the molding step. The sculpture composition comprising the components is eco-friendly because basalt sludge to be disposed of is recycled, and can be used for craftwork, a sculpture, a textbook enabling practicing of a basalt generation process, and the like.
L'invention concerne une composition à sculpter à base de boues basaltiques, et un procédé de production d'une sculpture l'utilisant. Plus spécifiquement, la composition comprend une poudre de boues basaltiques, un liant, un agent d'expansion, un agent durcisseur et de l'eau, et le procédé comprend : une étape de réduction en poudre de boues consistant à sécher et réduire en poudre des boues basaltiques ; une étape d'injection de matière consistant à mélanger un liant, un agent d'expansion et un agent durcisseur avec la poudre de boues basaltiques obtenue dans l'étape de réduction en poudre de boues ; une étape d'agitation de matière consistant à injecter de l'eau dans le mélange qui a été préparé dans l'étape d'injection de matière et à l'agiter ; une étape de moulage consistant à injecter le mélange, qui a été préparé dans l'étape d'agitation de matière, dans un moule et à le durcir ; et une étape de séchage consistant à démouler et à sécher le produit moulé fabriqué dans l'étape de moulage. La composition à sculpter comprenant les composants précités est respectueuse de l'environnement étant donné que les boues basaltiques destinées au rebut sont recyclées, et peuvent être utilisées dans l'artisanat, pour une sculpture, un manuel permettant la mise en pratique d'un processus de génération de basalte, et autres.
