Die Erfindung betrifft einen Formkörper wie beispielsweise eine Turbinenkomponente einer Gasturbine und/oder ein Bauteil eines Abgasstrangs, die zumindest teilweise aus CMC, also - Ceramic-Matrix-Composite – und/oder aus einem CMC-Metall-Hybrid aufgebaut sind und eine neue, insbesondere hinsichtlich ihrer Stabilität verbesserte, Oberfläche aufweisen. Insbesondere betrifft die Erfindung dabei die Verbesserung der Haftung von Beschichtungen auf einer CMC-Oberfläche sowie ein Herstellungsverfahren zur verbesserten Haftung einer – beispielsweise thermisch belastbaren - Beschichtung auf einer CMC-Oberfläche. Durch die Erfindung wird erstmals eine Möglichkeit angegeben, wie die Oberfläche von CMC - für beispielsweise eine Aufrauhung - mechanisch unempfindlicher gemacht, stabilisiert und/oder verstärkt werden kann. Dazu wird eine Glaskeramik in die Oberfläche des CMCs eingearbeitet und/oder darauf aufgebracht. Besonders bevorzugt ist die Ausführungsform, bei der ein glaskeramischer Schlicker zusammen und kombiniert mit einem CMC-Grünkörper gesintert wird.

La présente invention concerne un corps moulé tel que, par exemple, un élément constitutif de turbine à gaz et/ou une pièce de colonne d'échappement qui sont constitués au moins partiellement de CMC (également appelé Ceramic-Matrix-Composite) et/ou d'un hybride CMC-métal et qui présentent une nouvelle surface améliorée notamment au niveau de leur stabilité. L'invention concerne en outre l'amélioration de l'adhérence de couches sur une surface du CMC ainsi qu'un procédé de fabrication pour améliorer l'adhérence, d'une couche, par exemple résistante à la charge thermique, sur une surface du CMC. L'invention donne pour la première fois une possibilité que la surface du CMC puisse être rendue mécaniquement insensible, par exemple pour une rugosité, stabilisée et/ou renforcée. À cet effet, une vitrocéramique est incorporée dans la surface des CMC et/ou appliquée dessus. Le mode de réalisation est particulièrement préféré, dans lequel de la barbotine vitrocéramique est frittée et combinée avec un corps brut en CMC.
