COSMETIC SHEET AND COSMETIC PLATE
The present invention provides: a cosmetic sheet comprising both exceptional bend workability and exceptional scratch resistance, the cosmetic sheet being suitable as a member of a cosmetic material, and in particular being suitable as a member of a cosmetic material for a window frame; and a cosmetic plate in which the cosmetic sheet is used. The present invention specifically provides: a cosmetic sheet configured from a laminate provided with a base material sheet, a transparent resin layer, a primer layer, and a surface protection layer in the stated order in the thickness direction, wherein the cosmetic sheet is characterized in that (1) the surface protection layer has a hardness of 100 MPa or higher and a thickness of 8 μm or higher, and (2) the primer layer has a thickness of 3 μm or higher; and a cosmetic plate in which the cosmetic sheet is used.
La présente invention concerne : une feuille esthétique présentant à la fois une aptitude au pliage exceptionnelle et une résistance exceptionnelle aux rayures, la feuille esthétique étant appropriée comme élément d'un matériau esthétique, et en particulier appropriée comme élément d'un matériau esthétique pour un cadre de fenêtre ; et une plaque esthétique dans laquelle la feuille esthétique est utilisée. La présente invention concerne spécifiquement : une feuille esthétique conçue à partir d'un stratifié comportant une feuille de matériau de base, une couche de résine transparente, une couche d'apprêt et une couche de protection de surface dans l'ordre indiqué dans la direction de l'épaisseur, la feuille esthétique étant caractérisée en ce que (1) la couche de protection de surface a une dureté d'au moins 100 MPa et une épaisseur d'au moins 8 µm, et (2) la couche d'apprêt a une épaisseur d'au moins 3 µm ; et une plaque esthétique dans laquelle la feuille esthétique est utilisée.
