The invention concerns a machine for cutting rails such as rails of a railway track, comprising a rotary cutting disk (3) for cutting the rails (5), a motor (1) for rotating the disk, a device allowing the operator to move the disk in a plane perpendicular to the rails to be cut, and a support for attaching the machine to the rail to be cut. The machine is characterised in that the motor (1) is capable of being fixedly attached to the support (16) and in that the device for moving the disk (3) is produced in the form of a device with hinged arms (7) that is linked by one end to the motor (1) and carries the cutting disk (3) at the other end of same, and is provided with means for transmitting the torque from the output shaft (24) of the motor to the cutting disk (3). The invention can be used for cutting rails of a railway track.
L'invention porte sur une machine tronçonneuse de rails tels que des rails d'une voie de chemin de fer, du type comprenant un disque rotatif de tronçonnage (3) des rails (5), un moteur (1) d'entraînement en rotation du disque, un dispositif permettant à l'opérateur de déplacer le disque dans un plan perpendiculaire aux rails à couper, et un support de fixation de la machine sur le rail à tronçonner. La machine est caractérisée en ce que le moteur (1) est adapté pour être monté fixe sur le support (16) et en ce que le dispositif de déplacement du disque (3) est réalisé sous forme d'un dispositif à bras articulés (7) qui est relié par une extrémité au moteur (1) et porte à son autre extrémité le disque de tronçonnage (3) et est pourvu de moyens de transmission du couple de l'arbre de sortie (24) du moteur au disque de tronçonnage (3). L'invention est utilisable pour le tronçonnage de rails d'une voie de chemin de fer.
