NUCLEAR FUEL SINTERED BODY HAVING EXCELLENT IMPACT RESISTANCE
The present invention relates to a sintered body in a cylindrical shape manufactured by UO2 powder, the sintered body consisting of a dish (10) having both ends of a cylindrical shape formed by spherical grooves, wherein the centers of the both end surfaces have a constant curved surface; a shoulder (20) circularly formed along the rim of the dish (10) having a constant width, which is perpendicular to the cylindrical shape; and a chamfer (30) formed as a chamfered edge along the rim of the shoulder (20). Provided is a nuclear fuel sintered body having excellent impact resistance, wherein the width (SW) of the shoulder (20) is 0.20 mm to 0.80 mm and the angle between the chamfer (30) and the horizontal plane is 14° to 18°, thereby enhancing the impact strength of the sintered body as the shape of the sintered body is improved, so as to minimize the Pellet-Clad Mechanical Interaction (PCMI) damage by means of a missing pellet surface (MPS).
La présente invention concerne un corps fritté de forme cylindrique fabriqué par poudre UO2, le corps fritté étant constitué d'un plat (10) ayant les deux extrémités d'une forme cylindrique formée par des rainures sphériques, les centres des deux surfaces d'extrémité ayant une surface incurvée constante ; un épaulement (20) formé de manière circulaire le long du bord du plat (10) ayant une largeur constante, qui est perpendiculaire à la forme cylindrique ; et un chanfrein (30) formé en tant que bord chanfreiné le long du bord de l'épaulement (20). L'invention concerne un corps fritté de combustible nucléaire ayant une excellente résistance aux chocs, la largeur (SW) de l'épaulement (20) étant de 0,20 mm à 0,80 mm et l'angle entre le chanfrein (30) et le plan horizontal étant de 14° à 18°, ce qui permet d'améliorer la résistance aux chocs du corps fritté lorsque la forme du corps fritté est améliorée, de manière à réduire au minimum les dommages d'interaction mécanique entre les pastilles et la gaine (Pellet-Clad Mechanical Interaction, PCMI) au moyen d'un défaut de surface de pastille (MPS).
본 발명은 UO2 분말로 제조되는 원통 형상의 소결체로서, 원통 형상의 양단 면이 양단 면의 중앙에 일정한 곡면을 가지는 구면 형상의 홈으로 형성되는 디쉬(dish)(10)와, 디쉬(10)의 테두리를 따라 원형으로 일정한 폭을 가지며 형성되며 상기 원통 형상과 직각을 이루는 평면인 숄더(shoulder)(20) 및, 숄더(20) 테두리를 따라 모서리가 면취되어 형성되는 챔퍼(chamfer)(30)로 이루어지는 핵연료 소결체에 있어서, 숄더(20)의 폭(SW)은 0.20mm ~ 0.80 mm이고, 챔퍼(30)와 수평면이 이루는 각도는 14° ~ 18°가 되어, 소결체의 형상이 개선됨으로써 소결체의 충격강도를 비약적으로 향상시켜, MPS(missing pellet surface)에 의한 PCMI(Pellet-Clad Mechanical Interaction, 펠릿-피복재 기계적 상호작용) 손상이 최소화될 수 있는 우수한 충격 저항성을 갖는 핵연료 소결체를 제공하고자 한다.
