POWER-GENERATING ECOLOGICAL FLOOD CONTROL SYSTEM
The invention relates to hydraulic engineering structures intended for protecting communities from floods by diverting flood waters from an area in which they are formed, bypassing an area of probable (dangerous) inundation, with preliminary lowering of the water level in a pre-freshet period and a freshet period by converting part of the flow of a river from a constant flow into a pressure flow by means of a pipeline laid under the bottom of the river, or on the bottom of the river, or in the water, or above the water. The invention can be used for producing electrical energy and for reducing the strength of ice.
L'invention concerne des ouvrages hydrotechniques destinées à protéger un territoire contre les crues par l'évacuation des eaux de crues de la zone de leur formation en évitant la zone d'une inondation probable (dangereuse), avec une baisse du niveau d'eau pendant la période avant et pendant la crue grâce au transfert d'une partie du flux de la rivière depuis un flux constant dans une tuyauterie sous pression passant sous le lit de la rivière ou sur le fond de la rivière au-dessus de l'eau. La présente invention peut être utilisée pour la production d'énergie électrique et la diminution de la solidité de la glace.
Изобретение относится к гидротехническим сооружениям, предназначенным для защиты территорий от паводков, путем отвода паводковых вод из зоны их формирования, минуя зону вероятного (опасного) затопления, с предварительным понижением уровня воды в предпаводковый и паводковый период за счет перевода части потока реки из постоянного потока в напорной путем трубопровода, проложенного под дном реки, или на дне реки, или в воде, или над водой. Изобретение может быть использовано для выработки электроэнергии и для уменьшения прочности льда.
