Ein schwinnnnendes Fundament (2) für eine schwimmende Off-Shore-Anlage (1), insbesondere eine Off-Shore-Windkraftanlage, weist einen einen Hohlraum (3) umschließenden Fundamentkörper (4) auf, welcher zumindest teilweise aus Beton besteht. Der Fundamentkörper (4) umfasst eine Vielzahl von Betonfertigteilen (5), welche zur Bildung des Fundamentkörpers (4) mittels Spanngliedern (6) miteinander verspannt sind, wobei zwischen jeweils zwei aneinander grenzenden Betonfertigteilen (5) eine Fuge (7) ausgebildet ist. Die Betonfertigteile (5) sind ohne Anordnung eines Verbundmittels in der Fuge (7) miteinander verspannt. Eine Off-Shore-Anlage (1), insbesondere eine Windkraftanlage, weist ein derartiges schwimmendes Fundament (2) auf.
