AUTOMATED ANTI-FREEZE SYSTEM FOR SEWER JETTER SYSTEM
An automated system for a jetter system, a method for automatically filling a sewer access system with antifreeze liquid, and a method for automatically recapturing antifreeze within a sewer access system are provided. The automated system includes: a control system configured to provide a normal operational mode, an auto antifreeze mode, and an auto recapture mode; a pump (102); first (110) and second (112) tanks, and conduits that connect these components. The system automatically fills the conduits with antifreeze liquid from the second tank (112) and then can automatically purge the conduits of antifreeze liquid and return the antifreeze liquid to the second tank (112) for later use in again filing the conduits with antifreeze liquid.
L'invention concerne un système automatisé pour un système de rinçage, un procédé pour remplir automatiquement d'un liquide antigel un système d'accès à un égout et un procédé pour recapturer automatiquement l'antigel dans un système d'accès à un égout. Le système automatisé comprend : un système de commande configuré pour fournir un mode de fonctionnement normal, un mode antigel automatique et un mode de recapture automatique ; une pompe (102) ; un premier (110) et un second (112) réservoir, et des conduites qui relient ces composants. Le système remplit automatiquement les conduites à l'aide d'un liquide antigel provenant du second réservoir (112), et peut ensuite purger automatiquement les conduites du liquide antigel et renvoyer ce dernier vers le second réservoir (112) en vue d'une utilisation ultérieure, pour remplir à nouveau les conduites de liquide antigel.
