The invention relates to a process of sintering a dental zirconia restoration, the process comprising a first step of heat-treating a porous dental zirconia article with a heating rate of at least 3 K/sec until a temperature level of 75 to 90 % of the final sintering temperature is achieved to obtain a partially sintered dental zirconia article, the porous dental zirconia article having a BET surface of 5 to 12 m2/g and being composed of a 4 mol% yttria stabilized zirconia material and having an alumina content of utmost 0.15 wt.%.
L'invention concerne un procédé de frittage d'une restauration de zircone dentaire, le procédé comprenant une première étape de traitement thermique d'un article de zircone dentaire poreux avec une vitesse de chauffage d'au moins 3 K/sec jusqu'à ce qu'un niveau de température de 75 à 90 % de la température finale de frittage soit atteint pour obtenir un article de zircone dentaire partiellement fritté, l'article de zircone dentaire poreux ayant une surface BET de 5 à 12 m2/g et étant composé d'un matériau de zircone stabilisé à l'oxyde d'yttrium à 4 % en moles et ayant une teneur en alumine d'au plus 0,15 % en poids.
