APPARATUS AND METHOD FOR ACTIVATING LUBRICATION LAYER IN CONCRETE PUMP PIPE
An apparatus and method for activating a lubrication layer in a concrete pump pipe, according to an embodiment of the present invention, comprises: a chemical solution injection unit for annularly injecting a chemical solution, which activates a flow of concrete, into a concrete pump pipe along the inner circumferential surface of the concrete pump pipe; a chemical solution pumping unit for supplying a quantitative amount of the chemical solution to the chemical solution injection unit; and a control unit for calculating an estimated pressure per unit area of concrete according to the size of the concrete pump pipe, the physical properties of the concrete, and the flow rate of the concrete, and operating the chemical solution pumping unit when the pressure in the pipe is higher than the estimated pressure. Therefore, the present invention can constantly activate a lubrication layer throughout a concrete pump pipe.
Selon un mode de réalisation, cette invention concerne un appareil et un procédé d'activation d'une couche de lubrification dans un tuyau de pompe à béton, comprennent : une unité d'injection de solution chimique pour injecter de manière annulaire une solution chimique qui active un écoulement de béton, dans un tuyau de pompe à béton le long de la surface circonférentielle interne du tuyau de pompe à béton ; une unité de pompage de solution chimique pour fournir une quantité dosée de la solution chimique à l'unité d'injection de solution chimique ; et une unité de commande pour calculer une pression estimée par unité de surface de béton en fonction de la taille du tuyau de pompe à béton, les propriétés physiques du béton et le débit du béton, et actionner l'unité de pompage de solution chimique lorsque la pression dans le tuyau est supérieure à la pression estimée. Par conséquent, la présente invention peut activer constamment une couche de lubrification à travers un tuyau de pompe à béton.
