MICROCAPSULES FOR SELF-HEALING CONCRETE USING MICROORGANISMS AND METHOD FOR PRODUCING SAME, AND SELF-HEALING CONCRETE COMPOSITION CONTAINING MICROCAPSULES
The present invention relates to: microcapsules for self-healing concrete in which a large amount of calcium carbonate is generated by urea-decomposing microorganisms when cracks occur in concrete, such that cracked areas can be self-healed; a method for producing the microcapsules; and a concrete composition containing the microcapsules. The microcapsule for self-healing concrete according to the present invention may comprise a core including spores formed by co-culturing a urea-decomposing microorganisms that decompose urea to produce carbonate ion (CO3 2-) and non-urea degrading microorganisms that do not decompose urea, and a shell surrounding the core.
La présente invention concerne : des microcapsules pour béton autoréparable où une grande quantité de carbonate de calcium est générée par des micro-organismes décomposant l'urée quand des fissures se produisent dans le béton, de façon que les zones fissurées puissent s'autoréparer ; un procédé de production des microcapsules ; et une composition de béton contenant lesdites microcapsules. La microcapsule pour béton autoréparable selon la présente invention peut comprendre un cœur comprenant des spores formées par co-culture de micro-organismes décomposant l'urée qui décomposent l'urée pour produire l'ion carbonate (CO3 2-) et de micro-organismes ne décomposant pas l'urée qui ne décomposent pas l'urée, et une coque entourant le cœur.
