The present invention is related to a method for producing a mica paper honeycomb comprising the steps of: i. providing sheets of partially cured impregnated mica paper (2); ii. gluing the said sheets (2) along periodic parallel lines (3) for forming an unexpanded, partially cured mica paper honeycomb (1); iii. expanding the said unexpanded partially cured mica paper honeycomb (1) to obtain an expanded partially cured mica paper honeycomb (4); cure the expanded partially cured mica paper honeycomb (4) to obtain a mica paper honeycomb.
La présente invention concerne un procédé de production d'un nid d'abeilles en papier de mica comprenant les étapes consistant à : i. fournir des feuilles de papier de mica imprégné partiellement durci (2) ; ii. coller lesdites feuilles (2) le long de lignes parallèles périodiques (3) pour former un nid d'abeilles en papier de mica partiellement durci, non expansé (1) ; iii. étendre ledit nid d'abeilles en papier de mica partiellement durci, non expansé (1) pour obtenir un nid d'abeilles en papier de mica partiellement durci expansé (4) ; durcir le nid d'abeilles en papier de mica partiellement durci expansé (4) pour obtenir un nid d'abeilles en papier de mica.
