Eine Ablaufanordnung (1) zum Anschluss an einen Sanitärartikel umfasst ein Ablaufrohr (3) mit einem Rohreintritt (4) und einem Rohraustritt (5), ein in einem Ventilabschnitt (6) des Ablaufrohrs (3) angeordnetes Ventil (7) mit einer Dichtfläche (8) und einem Ventilkörper (9), wobei der Ventilkörper (9) mit einem Betätigungselement (15) von einer Verschlusslage in eine Offenlage von der Dichtfläche (8) weg bewegbar ist, und ein Überlaufrohr (10), welches sich von einer in Fliessrichtung (F) des Wasser gesehen vor dem Ventil (7) liegenden ersten Abzweigstelle (11) zu einer in Fliessrichtung (F) des Wassers nach dem Ventil (7) liegenden zweiten Abzweigstelle (12) vom Ablaulfohr (3) weg erstreckt und so das Ventil (7) überbrückt, wobei sich das Überlaufrohr (10) in Einbaulage im Wesentlichen entgegen der Lotrichtung nach oben erstreckt, und wobei der Ventilkörper (9) mindestens teilweise an einem Einsatzelement (13) gelagert ist, und dass das Ablaufrohr (3) eine Einsatzaufnahme (14) aufweist, wobei das Einsatzelement (13) in die Einsatzaufnahme (14) am Ablaufrohr (3) einsetzbar ist.
