A facing building member (30), a method of forming a facing building member (30) and a method of forming a cladding panel. The facing building member (30) is usable with other building members (30) in forming a cladding panel. The building member (30) has a front face (32) and a rear side (34), the rear side being profiled by cutting with a water jet so as to provide at least one mechanical key (34, 36, 38, 40) on the facing building member (30).
