PRECAST STRUCTURAL ELEMENT AND METHOD FOR CONNECTING THE PRECAST STRUCTURAL ELEMENT TO EACH OTHER
Disclosed is a precast structural element capable of connecting with each. The precast structural element made by a method which comprises preparing one or more layers of plurality of horizontal and vertical reinforcement bars. The method further comprises fixing plurality of hollow tubes to the layers at predefined locations by holding means. Specifically, the hollow tubes further provided with openings at predefined locations. The hollow tubes are characterized by having any one of plurality of protrusions, plurality of corrugation, plurality of ribs, plurality of serrations and combination thereof, on internal and external surfaces. The method further comprises providing a means to fill or discharge adhesive in the hollow tubes and pouring concrete to create a precast structural element.
La présente invention concerne des éléments structuraux préfabriqués pouvant s'assembler entre eux. Les éléments structuraux préfabriqués sont obtenus par un procédé qui comprend la préparation d'une couche ou de 5 couches supplémentaires d'une pluralité de barres d'armature horizontales et verticales. Le procédé comprend en outre la fixation d'une pluralité de tubes creux aux couches à des emplacements prédéfinis par des moyens de retenue. En particulier, les tubes creux comportent aussi des ouvertures à des emplacements prédéfinis. Les tubes creux sont caractérisés en ce qu'ils comportent une pluralité de saillies, une pluralité d'ondulations, une pluralité de nervures, 10 pluralités de dentelures et une combinaison de ces éléments, sur des surfaces internes et externes. Le procédé comprend en outre un moyen permettant de remplir ou de déverser de l'adhésif dans les tubes creux et de verser du béton pour créer un élément structural préfabriqué.
