ANISOTROPIC GRAPHITE, ANISOTROPIC GRAPHITE COMPOSITE AND METHOD FOR PRODUCING SAME
Provided are: an anisotropic graphite having excellent heat transfer performance and long-term reliability as a heat transfer element; an anisotropic graphite composite; and a method for producing the same. An anisotropic graphite having a particular interface roughness is obtained by surface-treating a surface perpendicular to a crystal-oriented surface of a graphite layer of an anisotropic graphite. Furthermore, the problem is solved by producing an anisotropic graphite composite provided with: an anisotropic graphite having an interface with a particular interface roughness; a titanium-containing metal layer; and an inorganic material layer.
L'invention concerne : un graphite anisotrope ayant une excellente performance de transfert de chaleur et une fiabilité à long terme en tant qu'élément de transfert de chaleur ; un composite de graphite anisotrope ; et procédé de production associé. Un graphite anisotrope ayant une rugosité d'interface particulière est obtenu par traitement de surface d'une surface perpendiculaire à une surface orientée cristalline d'une couche de graphite d'un graphite anisotrope. En outre, le problème est résolu par la production d'un composite de graphite anisotrope comprenant : un graphite anisotrope ayant une interface ayant une rugosité d'interface particulière ; une couche métallique contenant du titane ; et une couche de matériau inorganique.
