APPARATUS FOR CONTROLLING DOOR OPENING SPEED OF COOKING APPLIANCE WITH AUTOMATIC OPENING STRUCTURE
The present invention provides a lever (300) for opening a door (720) by pushing and releasing a latch (200) which is retracted into and locked with a latch holder (10) in the opening direction of the door (720). The lever (300) is automatically controlled by a controller (90). According to an automatic door opening mechanism, when power is supplied to a cooking appliance or when a user turns on the cooking appliance, the lever (300), a pusher (500), and a pusher driving part (600) are controlled to be aligned in a predetermined position. After the user inputs a door opening command, in order to proceed with a door opening operation, the user can check whether each component involved in the automatic door opening operation has an abnormality, through a change of a return stop switch and a change of an open detection switch generated during one rotation of a motor. The door, which is opened at an initial opening angle due to the releasing of the latch, is automatically opened in a pull-down manner by its own weight, and a damper intervenes at a predetermined opening angle so that the door can descendingly open at a controlled speed.
L'invention concerne un levier (300) permettant d'ouvrir une porte (720) en poussant et en libérant un verrou (200) qui est rétracté et verrouillé avec un support de verrou (10) dans la direction d'ouverture de la porte (720). Le levier (300) est commandé automatiquement par un dispositif de commande (90). Selon un mécanisme d'ouverture de porte automatique, lorsque de l'énergie est fournie à un appareil de cuisson ou lorsqu'un utilisateur allume l'appareil de cuisson, le levier (300), un poussoir (500) et une partie d'entraînement de poussoir (600) sont amenés à s'aligner dans une position prédéterminée. Une fois que l'utilisateur a saisi une commande d'ouverture de porte, afin de procéder à une opération d'ouverture de porte, l'utilisateur peut vérifier si chaque composant impliqué dans l'opération d'ouverture de porte automatique présente une anomalie par une modification d'un commutateur d'arrêt de retour et une modification d'un commutateur de détection d'ouverture générées pendant une rotation d'un moteur. La porte, qui est ouverte à un angle d'ouverture initial suite à la libération du verrou, est automatiquement ouverte en étant tirée vers le bas par son propre poids, puis un amortisseur intervient à un angle d'ouverture prédéterminé de façon à pouvoir abaisser la porte à une vitesse contrôlée.
본 발명은, 래치 홀더(10)에 인입되어 걸리는 래치(200)를 도어(720)의 개방 방향으로 밀어내어 걸림 해제시킴으로써 도어를 개방하는 레버(300)를 제공한다. 상기 레버(300)는 제어부(90)에 의해 자동 제어된다. 도어 자동 개방 메커니즘에 따르면, 조리기기에 전원이 공급되거나 사용자가 조리기기의 전원을 켰을 때, 상기 레버(300)와 푸셔(500)와 푸셔 구동부(600)가 정 위치에 정렬되도록 하는 제어를 실행한다. 그리고 사용자가 도어 개방 명령을 입력한 후, 도어 개방 동작을 진행하기 위해 모터의 1회전 과정에서 발생하는 리턴스탑스위치의 변화와 개방감지스위치의 변화를 통해 도어 자동 개방 동작에 관여하는 각 부품의 이상 여부를 확인할 수 있다. 래치가 걸림 해제되어 초기 개방각만큼 개방된 도어는, 자중에 의해 풀 다운 방식으로 자동으로 개방되며, 소정의 개방각에서 댐퍼가 개입하여 도어가 천천히(controlled speed) 하강 개방될 수 있다.
