The present invention relates to a method for producing a high strength geopolymer using coal flooring, characterized by using a relatively smaller amount of alkali activator than the prior art so that a mixture of coal flooring and alkali activator does not become gelled, and further having a microwave irradiation process after oven curing of a geopolymer specimen.
La présente invention concerne un procédé de production d'un géopolymère à haute résistance à l'aide d'un revêtement de sol en charbon, caractérisé en ce qu'il utilise une quantité relativement plus petite d'activateur alcalin que l'état de la technique, de sorte qu'un mélange de revêtement de sol en charbon et d'activateur alcalin ne gélifie pas, et en ce qu'il comporte en outre un processus d'irradiation par micro-ondes après durcissement au four d'un échantillon de géopolymère.
