JIG FOR REPLACING PUMP CHECK VALVE OF HYDRAULIC ELEVATOR AND PUMP CHECK VALVE REPLACING METHOD
Provided are a jig for replacing a pump check valve of a hydraulic elevator and a pump check valve replacing method by which the replacement of a pump check valve can be facilitated. A jig for replacing a pump check valve of a hydraulic elevator according to the present invention is provided with: a jack footing (19) which has a notch formed on the bottom portion along the lengthwise direction and is to be disposed below a valve (6), said notch corresponding to the level difference between the floor of the machine room (1) of a hydraulic elevator and the base of a pump (5); and a compact hydraulic jack (16) which is to be disposed on the upper surface of the jack footing (19) at a position directly below a pipe (11) projecting from the valve (6).
L'invention concerne un gabarit pour remplacer un clapet de non-retour de pompe d'un ascenseur hydraulique et un procédé de remplacement de clapet de non-retour de pompe, permettant de faciliter le remplacement d'un clapet anti-retour de pompe. Un gabarit pour remplacer un clapet de non-retour de pompe d'un ascenseur hydraulique selon la présente invention comprend: un socle de vérin (19) qui présente une encoche formée sur la partie inférieure le long de la direction longitudinale et doit être disposé au-dessous d'une vanne (6), ladite encoche correspondant à la différence de niveau entre le plancher de la salle des machines (1) d'un élévateur hydraulique et la base d'une pompe (5); et un vérin hydraulique compact (16) qui doit être disposé sur la surface supérieure du socle de vérin (19) à une position directement au-dessous d'un tuyau (11) faisant saillie à partir de la vanne (6).
