The pivoting door (1) comprises: at least one leaf element (2) provided with at least one hinging portion (3) intended to be faced onto a hinging surface (7); at least one hinging assembly (4) provided with: one fixed body (5) associated with the hinging portion (3); one movable body (6) constrained in a revolving manner along an axis of rotation (A) to said fixed body (5) and associated with the hinging surface (7) in a removable manner; the leaf element (2) revolving around the axis of rotation (A) with respect to said movable body (6); wherein the hinging assembly (4) comprises at least one of: one lateral adjustment assembly (12, 15) of at least one of the fixed body (5) and the movable body (6) with respect to the leaf element (2) along a transverse axis (Bl, B2) with respect to the axis of rotation (A); and one axial adjustment assembly (22, 33) of at least one of the fixed body (5) and the movable body (6) with respect to the leaf element (2) along the axis of rotation (A).
