This facility usage status notification system comprises: a storage unit which stores information indicating a plurality of facilities each having one or a plurality of detection units for detecting usage status, information indicating the zone in which each facility is located, information indicating the area to which each zone belongs, and information indicating each user's access rights; a setting unit which sets a notification level for each area; and a provision unit which, on the basis of the notification levels and the access rights, provides, to each user's terminal, information indicating the usage status of each facility as determined in accordance with the detection results of the detection units.
