A method for converting solid waste to a solid fill-material in the form of a multiplicity of compacted pieces, the method comprising (a) mechanically reducing solid- waste piece size, (b) heating the solid-waste and thereby killing bacteria in the solid waste, (c) adding an antimicrobial agent to the solid-waste, and (d) compacting the solid- waste.
L'invention concerne une méthode de conversion de déchets solides en un matériau de remplissage solide sous la forme d'une multiplicité de pièces compactées, la méthode comprenant les étapes consistant à (a) réduire de manière mécanique la taille des pièces de déchets solides, (b) chauffer les déchets solides et tuer ainsi les bactéries dans les déchets solides, (c) ajouter un agent antimicrobien aux déchets solides, et (d) compacter les déchets solides.
