This invention relates to a method for manufacturing a mineral wool board, comprising the following steps in the given order: providing mineral wool fibers having a fiber length of 50 to 800 μm; gluing the fibers with a liquid binder comprising phenolic resin, whereby the ratio of binder (based on the solids content of the resin of the binder) to mineral wool fibers is 5 to 30 % by weight, and pressing the glued fibers using heat and pressure.
L'invention concerne un procédé de fabrication d'un panneau de laine minérale, ce procédé comprenant les étapes suivantes dans l'ordre indiqué : la préparation de fibres de laine minérale ayant une longueur de fibre comprise entre 50 et 800 µm ; le collage des fibres avec un liant liquide comprenant une résine phénolique, la proportion du liant (sur la base de la teneur en solides de la résine du liant) par rapport aux fibres de laine minérale étant de 5 à 30 % en poids, et la compression des fibres collées à l'aide de chaleur et de pression.
