Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft eine Zusammensetzung umfassend mindestens einen Mikroorganismus, der in einem alkalischen Medium ein Phosphat-oder Carbonatpräzipitat bilden kann, und mindestens eine Calciumquelle, wobei die Zusammensetzung dadurch gekennzeichnetist, dass sie mindestens eine Siliziumverbindung aufweist, die mindestens ein Si-Atom, mindestens ein C-Atom und mindestens ein H-Atom aufweist, sowie ein Verfahren zur Herstellung von Bauprodukten, wobei bei der Herstellung eine entsprechende Zusammensetzung eingesetzt wird.
